Unriddle leadership for the 21st Century

The new learning culture. We know that we must learn how to learn differently, but we are afraid to admit it.


When I started as a hotelier and eventually became a cosmopolitan hotel entrepreneur,
I always believed that a new learning culture was required and that bonding with owners, investors, management and employees can result in  incredible things.

Today, I guide executives around the world on the Inclusive Leadership approach. I am the Founder of Mindful Leadership LLC out of which I have  founded Bonding & Belonging LLC.




I encourage all of us – whatever our beliefs – to question the basic narratives of current leadership. I encourage senior executives, heads of organisations and other people to collaborate towards a mindful social movement, to foster and enrich a sustainable approach towards humanity. Let us focus on business, education and science, health and society to make contributions for a Better Mindful Tomorrow.
